Clara is an intern in the Velten lab, studying “Molecular Biotechnology” at the University of Heidelberg, where she previously also completed her bachelor’s degree. During her internship, she works with multi-modal CRISPR screen data, analyzing it with factor models and comparing the advantages of multiple omics layers to single-omics analysis.
In her free time Clara practices trampoline gymnastics and enjoys knitting socks.
